1. Who is responsible
Petsvilla Service Private Limited operates MyPetsVilla. For the business data you enter about your own customers and their pets, you are the owner of that data and we process it on your behalf to provide the service.
2. What we collect
- Your sign-up details: business name, chosen subdomain, your name, email and phone number.
- Business data you enter: customer and pet records, bookings, invoices and payment records.
- Technical data: login activity and basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.
3. How we use it
To create and run your account, send you account and invoice emails, provide support, keep the service secure, and improve it. We do not sell personal data.
4. Isolation and security
Each business's data is separated from other businesses at both the application and database level. Access is protected by authenticated, role-based logins.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the software (for example email delivery and hosting) and with the payment gateway you connect, or when required by law.
6. Retention and your choices
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to export, correct or delete it by contacting us.
