1. Who we are
MyPetsVilla is pet care business management software owned and operated by Petsvilla Service Private Limited ("we", "us"). These terms apply to businesses ("you") that sign up for and use the software.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate details when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for the activity of the staff you invite and for the accuracy of the data you enter about your customers and their pets.
3. Plans and billing
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial of the Complete Pet Business plan. After the trial, the plan and billing period you choose apply at the prices published on our pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Payments from your customers
Your customers pay you directly through the payment gateway account you connect. We do not hold or take a share of those payments. You are responsible for your own refund, cancellation and pricing policies towards your customers.
5. Your data
Your business data (customers, pets, bookings, invoices) belongs to you. Each business runs in its own isolated tenant. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to export or delete your data when you close your account.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the software to break the law, to harm animals or people, to send unsolicited messages, or to attempt to access another business's data or interfere with the service.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes and suspension
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or have unpaid fees.
